Installation charges are non-refundable.
Internet plans are prepaid.
Working hours of office are between 10 am to 7 pm.
NC BSPL will not accept any claim for damages of Computer, Laptop, Television or any equipment conneced to NC BSPL internet connections due to electrical problems, lightning and other natural calamities.
GPON- ON installed at customer premises will remain NC BSPL property at all time. NC BSPL will / can retrieve the ONU if the customer is disconnected. If ONU damage at customer premises than its chargeable to customer.
The subscriber is allowed to use the connection only at the premises of the address proof provided. It is an offence to share your connection other than the address as provided in KYC.
